If you already use an AI assistant on your computer or phone, you can connect it to Launch Point. Then you can ask it to check Triage, create tasks or read your knowledge base without switching apps. It works as you, with your permissions.
Before you start
You need a Launch Point account that belongs to a workspace. Sign in to Launch Point once first if you haven't.
Connect it
- In Launch Point, go to Settings, then Tools, and copy the connector address: https://hq.launchpointbrands.com/mcp
- In your AI assistant, open its settings and find connectors. Add a custom connector and paste the address.
- When it asks you to sign in, use your work email and the code we send you. If you use two-factor sign-in, enter your authenticator code too.
Good to know
- Some assistants on free plans allow only one custom connector.
- Knowledge pages you add from your assistant arrive as proposals unless you are an owner or admin.
- Signing out of Launch Point in your browser doesn't disconnect your assistant. Remove the connector in your assistant to do that.
- If you are removed from a workspace, your assistant loses access to it.
