Effective date: October 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Launch Point, LLC ("Launch Point", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit launchpointbrands.com, request access or a demo, or use the Launch Point application at hq.launchpointbrands.com (together, the "Service").
1. Who this policy covers, and our role
- Website visitors, prospects and account users. For information about you as a visitor, a prospect, or a person with a Launch Point account, Launch Point is the controller. That means we decide how the information is used, and this policy applies.
- Content our customers put into Launch Point. Our customers' workspaces hold their own content: tasks, chats, documents, files, meeting recordings and transcripts, forwarded emails, and data from tools they connect. For that content, we act as a processor (a "service provider") on the customer's behalf, under our Terms of Service and Data Processing Addendum. If your personal information is in a customer's workspace, that customer's privacy policy applies, and you should contact them first.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address and profile photo, and the workspaces and roles you belong to.
- Requests and conversations: what you send through our request-access, demo or contact forms, and messages you send our team.
- Billing details: billing contact details and plan information. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device information: pages and features used, actions taken, approximate location from IP address, browser and device type, and error reports.
- Website analytics and advertising: on our marketing website, analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn and Google Ads) record the pages you visit, how you arrived and what you do on the site, and may link visits to forms you submit. Where the law requires, they run only after you consent in our cookie banner.
- Product analytics: in the application, we use an analytics service to understand how features are used. It links activity to your account (your user ID, name and email) and your workspace. It may record sessions to help us fix problems, with all form inputs and on-screen text masked. You can turn it off with the "Share usage analytics" switch in your settings, and we do not run it if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy.
Information from others
- Sign-in providers: if you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name, email address and profile photo.
- Tools you connect: when you connect a tool such as HubSpot or Webflow, the application reads from and acts in that tool only as you ask, using the access you grant on that tool's consent screen.
- Your organization: a workspace admin may invite you, which gives us your email address.
3. How we use information
- To provide the Service: creating accounts, running your workspaces, and carrying out the requests you make.
- To keep the Service secure and reliable: preventing abuse, investigating incidents, and fixing errors.
- To support you and to send service messages, such as invitations, notifications, security alerts and billing notices.
- To improve the Service, using usage and analytics information.
- To send product updates and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. AI features
- To answer requests and run AI features, the Service sends relevant content to our AI model providers. That content can include your messages, workspace documents and tasks, and results from tools you connected. The providers are listed on our Subprocessors page.
- No training. We do not use your content to train AI models, and our providers may not use it to train theirs.
- Our AI providers may keep inputs and outputs for a limited time, up to 30 days, to detect misuse, and longer only if content is flagged for a policy review.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information for money. On our marketing website, with your consent where required, we let advertising partners such as LinkedIn and Google collect information about your visit so we can show you Launch Point ads on other sites. Some US state laws call this "sharing" or "targeted advertising". You can opt out at any time through "Your privacy choices" in the site footer, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals. We never use content from your Launch Point workspaces for advertising.
We share information only:
- With advertising and analytics partners on our marketing website, as described above.
- With service providers (subprocessors) that host, secure and operate the Service for us, such as cloud hosting, database, email delivery, AI models, voice, meeting recording, error tracking, analytics and payments. They may use it only to provide services to us. The current list is on our Subprocessors page.
- With tools you connect, when you or your workspace ask the Service to read from or act in them.
- Within your workspace, where other members can see content you create there.
- For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety or property of Launch Point, our customers or others.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.
6. How long we keep information
- Account information: for as long as your account is active. We delete it when you or your organization close the account, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Workspace content: until it is deleted. Deleted items stay in Recently deleted for 30 days, then are removed permanently. When a workspace is deleted, its content is erased, and it leaves our backups within 7 days.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Meeting recordings and transcripts: until the meeting or workspace is deleted.
- Usage, analytics and logs: up to 12 months. The audit log of who did what in a workspace (for example who invited someone or connected a tool) is kept for as long as the workspace exists, so its owners can review it.
7. Security
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Each workspace is isolated from every other, and access is checked on every request.
- Credentials for connected tools are encrypted and never sent to AI models.
- We back up data daily, and only a small number of authorized people can access production systems.
- If we confirm a security incident that affects your personal information, we will notify affected customers within 72 hours.
No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information. More detail is on our Security page.
8. Where information is stored
Launch Point is based in the United States, and the Service is hosted in the United States. If you use it from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the US. Where the law requires, we use safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers.
9. Your rights and choices
Everyone. You can view and update your profile in the application, and you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Email privacy@launchpointbrands.com. We respond to deletion requests within 30 days. Workspace owners and admins can export workspace content in the application.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland:
- Legal bases. We process your information to perform our contract with you or your organization, for our legitimate interests in running and improving a secure service, to meet legal obligations, and with your consent where we ask for it (for example, for optional cookies).
- Your rights. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
If you live in a US state with a privacy law (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas or Oregon):
- You can ask what personal information we collect and how we use it, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- You can opt out of "sharing" for targeted advertising through "Your privacy choices" in the site footer, or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
- We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
- You can use an authorized agent. We may need to verify your identity before acting. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
We respond within the time the law allows, usually 30 to 45 days.
10. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If a change is material, we will notify account holders by email or in the application before it takes effect, and update the date at the top.
