This policy explains how Launch Point, LLC uses cookies and similar technologies, such as browser local storage, on launchpointbrands.com and in the Launch Point application at hq.launchpointbrands.com. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.
What these technologies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar feature that lets a site remember information on your device. Both help a site keep you signed in, remember your settings and understand how it is used.
The Launch Point application
- Essential: sign-in
Keeps you signed in securely. Where it lives: Browser local storage (set by our authentication provider). How long: Until you sign out or the session expires. - Essential: preferences
Remembers settings such as theme, the selected workspace and sidebar state. Where it lives: Browser local storage. How long: Until you clear it. - Essential: invitations
Holds a pending invitation while you finish signing in. Where it lives: Browser local storage. How long: Up to 1 hour. - Analytics
Helps us understand how features are used and fix problems, with form inputs and on-screen text masked in session recordings. Where it lives: Cookies and local storage set by our analytics provider. How long: Up to 1 year.
- Essential storage is needed for the application to work and cannot be turned off.
- You can turn analytics off at any time with the "Share usage analytics" switch in your settings. We also do not run it if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
- The application also loads fonts from Google Fonts and tool logos from Brandfetch. Those services receive your IP address when your browser requests the files.
The marketing website
The marketing website is hosted on Webflow.

Launch Point (consent banner). What it does: Remembers your cookie choices. How long: Up to 1 year. - Analytics
Google Analytics. What it does: Counts visits and shows how people use the site. How long: Up to 2 years. - Analytics
HubSpot. What it does: Tracks visits and links them to forms you submit, so we can follow up on your request. How long: Up to 13 months. - Marketing
LinkedIn Insight Tag. What it does: Measures our LinkedIn ads and shows our ads to past visitors on LinkedIn. How long: Up to 1 year. - Marketing
Google Ads. What it does: Measures our Google ads and shows our ads to past visitors. How long: Up to 90 days.
When you first visit, a banner asks whether to allow analytics and marketing cookies. We set only essential cookies until you choose. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a choice to opt out of marketing cookies.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage will stop you from signing in.
- You can turn on Do Not Track in your browser to stop analytics in the application.
- On the marketing website, you can change your choices at any time through "Your privacy choices" in the site footer.
