Launch Point helps you run email, ads and other outreach. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to them, including anti-spam and consent laws such as CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, CASL and the GDPR. Do not use the Service to:

  • send messages to people who have not agreed where consent is required, or ignore unsubscribe requests;

  • disguise who a message is from, or use misleading subject lines or claims;
  • break the policies of the advertising, email or social platforms you connect.

‍

3. Use AI responsibly

Do not use the Service's AI features to:

  • create content that is deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful or violent, or that sexualizes minors in any way;
  • impersonate a real person or organization, or create fake reviews, testimonials or endorsements;
  • create misinformation about elections, public health or emergencies;
  • make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people, such as employment, credit, housing or insurance decisions, without meaningful human review;
  • identify people from biometric data, or infer sensitive traits such as health, religion or sexual orientation;
  • build, train or improve a competing AI model or product.

You must also follow the usage policies of our AI providers, which are listed on our Subprocessors page.

‍

4. Respect connected tools and recordings

  • Connect only tools and accounts you are authorized to use, and act in them only within your rights.
  • Do not record or transcribe meetings without giving participants the notice, and getting the consent, that the law requires.

‍
