Deleted tasks, channels, knowledge pages, knowledge folders and meetings are kept for 30 days, so a mistake is easy to put right.
Straight after you delete
Click Undo on the message at the bottom of the screen. It stays for 10 seconds. You can also say "undo that" in the chat.
Later, within 30 days
- Go to Settings, then General.
- Find Recently deleted.
- Click Restore next to what you want back.
Owners and admins see everything that was deleted. Everyone else sees what they deleted themselves. Viewers can't restore.
What can't be restored
Deleted workspaces, notifications, personal knowledge pages and meeting recordings are not kept. Documents have their own undo right after you delete one.
