Help is built into Launch Point. Click ? at the top of the sidebar. You can also find it under Settings, or press Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows).
Ask how something works
Type a question such as "How do I invite a teammate?" Answers come from our product guide. If the guide doesn't cover your question, it says so rather than guessing. It can't see your workspace's data or make changes for you.
Contact support
Choose Contact support, describe what happened and send it. We reply by email within one business day. If the form won't send, write to info@launchpointbrands.com.
Send feedback
Choose Send feedback to tell us what went wrong or what you would like. We attach the page you were on, so you don't need to explain where you were.
Delete your account
To have your account deleted, email privacy@launchpointbrands.com. We handle requests within 30 days.
