Getting Started

Set up your workspace

A few short questions teach Launch Point about your business, your marketing and your tools.

4 min read

When you create a workspace, Launch Point asks one question per screen. It takes a few minutes. Most screens have Skip for now, and Save and finish later lets you come back to it.

Before you start

If you see Choose a plan to start, pick a plan. If we gave you a trial code, click Have a trial code? and enter it.

The steps

  1. Tell us your title and how many people work on marketing with you.
  2. Enter your business name and your website. Launch Point reads your site and drafts three knowledge pages: a company overview, your competitors and your brand voice. Read them over and fix anything that is off.
  3. Choose the marketing you are responsible for (for example SEO, paid search or email) and the tools you use for each.
  4. Connect your tools. You can do this now or later from Integrations.
  5. Add the teammates who should join you, or skip this for now.
  6. Click Take me in.

Your first chat

Setup ends in a guided first chat. It suggests three things to do first and ticks them off a Getting started card as you go: invite your team, build out your knowledge base and connect your tools. When you are done, it points you to Triage, where new work arrives.

Who can do this: anyone creating a new workspace. If you were invited to an existing workspace, see Join your team's workspace instead.
